







TRM500
The TRM500 is a compact and lightweight 5G modem with ultra-high cellular speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps. This industrial-grade 5G modem features backward compatibility with 4G (Cat 19) and 3G networks, four SMA antennas for enhanced coverage, DIN rail mounting options, and a USB Type-C interface for simultaneous network data and powering.
MOBILE MODULE
The device supports 5G Sub-6 GHz SA/NSA with download speeds of 2.4 / 3.4 Gbps (4×4 MIMO) and upload speeds of 900 / 550 Mbps (2×2 MIMO). 4G LTE provides downlink up to 1.6 Gbps (Cat 19) and uplink up to 200 Mbps (Cat 18). 3G connectivity offers 42 Mbps downlink and 5.76 Mbps uplink.

POWER
Connector: The device includes one 4-pin industrial DC power socket and one USB Type-C port. The USB host must provide 5 V at 3 A to power the device via the USB Type-C port.
Input voltage range: The 4-pin connector supports 9–30 VDC with overvoltage protection, reverse polarity protection, and surge protection up to 35 VDC for 10 µs maximum. The USB Type-C port supports 5 VDC.
Power consumption: Idle power consumption is less than 5 W, and maximum consumption is less than 12 W.
